    If we haven't connected yet, book a quick call with me, so we can talk through room preferences, payment options, and make sure Wild & Rooted feels like the right fit.

  2. Secure your spot
    You’re welcome to submit your refundable deposit below at any time to secure your spot. Spaces are first come, first served, and only a deposit guarantees your room.

  3. Finalize your booking
    After we’ve connected and confirmed it’s aligned, you’ll receive your onboarding form and remaining payment details to officially join the retreat
     

If we decide the retreat isn’t the right fit after our call, your deposit will be fully refunded — no pressure.

Reserve Your Spot

A $555 deposit secures your space and is applied toward your retreat balance. If, after our connection call, we decide Wild & Rooted isn’t the right fit, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Because this retreat is intentionally intimate, rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A submitted deposit is the only way to guarantee your spot.

Please note: a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card and financing payments and is non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

  • Deposit: Your deposit holds your spot throughout the booking process. It  is refundable if, during our call, we decide the retreat isn’t the right fit. If you move forward with booking, the deposit is applied toward the retreat total balance.

  • Processing Fees: All payments (other than direct cash transfers) include a 3% processing fee, which is non-refundable and will be added to the final balance.

  • Payment Plans Available: Flexible payment plans & financing options are offered and will be discussed during your connection call.

  • First-Come, First-Served: Rooms are reserved in the order deposits are received. Deposits are the only way to guarantee your spot.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel after confirming your spot, you have 7 days to do so and receive a full refund, less deposit and fees. 50% refund available up to 60 days prior to retreat start. Full cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in your onboarding forms.

  • Travel Insurance: Strongly encouraged to protect your investment in case of flight delays, illness, or unexpected changes.
